This is such a cute place! Been here on two occasions and left a happy customer. Cute little hang out place to enjoy fruit tea, bingsoo, bubble waffles and boba. The passion fruit tea is absolutely amazing. Also the bubble waffle with the ice cream is a must try. Great service!! The lady at the cashier was super sweet and so patient with answering all my questions. They pay attention to details and do a wonderful job of presenting their food. Check it out for an unique ice cream experience.

Hangout Cafe is my most favorite place. It is like my second home since I visit there at least two times a week 😂 From the first day it opened, I already loved this place. (I was the first customer at the grand opening 😊) The owners and workers are the most kindest people ever, and the drinks are so delicious!! I’ve tried many other drinks as well but I forgot to take pictures. My most favorite drinks are: strawberry matcha, strawberry cookie, golden crush, and Choco banana. With the COVID-19 going on right now, this cafe is one of the few places I trust ordering drinks, since it is very sanitary✨

First time here! Tried the dalgona bing soo and fell in love with the creaminess and chewiess!!! Great place. Expertly crafted desserts and drinks!

I recently visited Hangout café and absolutely loved it ☕✨ The coffee was rich and smooth—one sip and I knew this place was the real deal. The shaved ice dessert(called bing-soo) was just as amazing, packed with generous toppings and delicious until the very last bite 🍧 But what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better 😊 Great taste, great atmosphere, and outstanding service— I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 👍

Hangout Cafe is our go-to spot whenever we’re craving mango bingsoo, hands down the best bingsoo I’ve ever tried! The ice is perfectly fluffy, the mangoes are always sweet and fresh, and the portion is just right for sharing (or not 😉). We’ve also tried their bubble teas and bubble waffles, and both are really good! The drinks are flavorful and not overly sweet, and the bubble waffle is such a fun treat, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Whether you’re stopping by for dessert or just hanging out (pun intended 😄), this place never disappoints. Highly recommend for any dessert lovers out there! 🍧🧋🧇

OMG had a touch heaven on earth when I devoured this decadent Dubai deliciousness. The Hangout has a handcrafted Dubai Chocolate Confection that blew me away. Talk about the perfect balance of sweet and OMG ! Of course we had to wash it down with some freshly shaved Mango Bingsu…and a tall Americano.. Highly recommend and will be coming back for my Dubai Chocolate Confection Cookie fix 😎

We were absolutely heartbroken when our favorite bingsoo cafe closed, so my friends and I were on a serious mission to find a worthy replacement. Then—by pure luck—we stumbled into Hangout Cafe after dinner next door, and WOW… this place saved us. They have an amazing selection of drinks—coffee, tea, bubble tea, bubble milk tea, and bubble milkshakes—but let’s be real, I was there for the bingsoo. Choosing was tough because everything sounded incredible, but I went with the strawberry bingsoo, and it was next-level delicious. Light, refreshing, perfectly sweet… 10/10. The service was fantastic, the cafe was clean and cozy, and there’s even a parking lot (major win). We left already planning our next visit. Safe to say, we’ve officially found our new go-to dessert spot. Cannot wait to come back—HIGHLY recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! Everything — from the drinks to the desserts — was made with so much care. The bubble tea was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, the waffles were amazing, and the bingsu was light and refreshing the best bingsu in chicago. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their customers. The interior is beautiful — cozy, bright, and thoughtfully decorated. It’s one of those places where you just want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere a little longer. Such a lovely spot for anyone who loves good drinks, delicious desserts, and friendly service. This place is seriously the best for bingsu — I’m in love! 🩵 The texture, the flavor, everything is just perfect. It’s my favorite spot, and I can’t stop thinking about their bingsu.
